The Congress will be held at the Prague Congress Centre (Kongresové centrum) which is ideally located near the city centre with a panoramic view of Prague Castle. It is easily accessible by both public and private transport. It has its own metro station and extensive parking facilities.   

The Prague Congress Centre is one of the modern architectural landmarks of Prague and the largest convention and culture centre in the Czech Republic. Its location is very practical, being easily accessible from the city centre by underground or motorway. The Prague Congress Centre is situated in a unique location with a beautiful panoramic view of Prague with its large parks, the Vltava River and Prague Castle. A project for the third millennium, the Prague Congress Centre is fitted with high-quality equipment in terms of audiovisual technology, air-conditioning, energy connections and communications, ISDN data links, GSM and modern hall technologies. How to reach the Prague Congress Centre

By car

  1. from the north along the D8 motorway
    If you are travelling from the north along the E55 motorway in the direction from Dresden, follow the signs to the centre. After you have crossed the Vltava river drive through the centre in the direction of Nusle Bridge (Nuselský most). After crossing the bridge turn right and follow the signs to the Prague Congress Centre. At the roundabout turn right towards the ÖMV petrol station. This will take you to the underground car park.
  2. from the south along the D1 motorway
    If you are coming by motorway in the direction from Brno, Vienna or Bratislava, follow the signs to the centre. You will come to a street named 'ulice 5. května'. Before reaching Nusle Bridge (Nuselský most) turn right towards the Corinthia Towers hotel and then follow the signs to the Prague Congress Centre. At the roundabout turn right in the direction of the ÖMV petrol station. This will take you to the underground car park.
  3. from the west along the D5 motorway
    If you are coming by motorway in the direction from Rudná, drive along the Prague ring road (Pražský okruh) to the centre. After crossing the river you will join the Jižní spojka. Follow the signs to the centre, then to a street named 'ulice 5. května'. Before reaching Nusle Bridge (Nuselský most) turn right towards the Corinthia Towers hotel. You will then come to a roundabout where you should turn right in the direction of the ÖMV petrol station. This will take you to the underground car park.
  4. from the east along the D11 motorway
    When coming from Hradec Králové and as you approach the centre of Prague follow the signs in the direction of Černý Most and then for centrum-Karlín. You will reach Těšnov Tunnel (Těšnovský tunel). After going through the tunnel, turn left immediately heading to the centre so that you join the arterial road (magistrála). Drive along this road through part of the centre. You will then reach Nusle Bridge (Nuselský most). After crossing the bridge turn right; at the roundabout turn right towards the ÖMV petrol station. This will take you to the Prague Congress Centre underground car park.

By train

From the main railway station (Hlavní nádraží) travel 3 stops by metro and from Holešovice railway station travel 6 stops by metro, both in the direction of Háje (line C). For more information please visit the website of Czech Railways: www.cd.cz

By bus

From Florenc bus station travel 4 stops by metro in the direction of Háje (line C).

By public transportation

From the airport take bus number 119 which takes you to the metro stop "Dejvicka" (green line A). The bus stop is located in front of the departure hall of each terminal. Then take the metro to stop "Muzeum" and change to the red line C. Follow the direction of Háje and get off at stop "Vysehrad". The Prague Congress Centre is located just in front of the metro station.

You will need a CZK 26 ticket (EUR 1) for the journey. Ticket machines are located at the bus stop and tickets can also be purchased from the driver.
